A pair of unanswered 3^rd period Nottingham Panthers goals extended a slim lead and put the game out of reach during their 4-1 win over the visiting Flames.

Jakob Stridsberg opened the scoring in the 7^th minute with the only goal of the 1^st.

Near the midway mark while Panthers were working a powerplay, Josh Waller turned the tables to square it. Unfortunately for the visitors, less than a minute later the home team converted the same manpower advantage through John Curran and the hosts closed the 2^nd up by a single.

In the 3^rd, it was goals by Matt Alfaro at 43:24 and Curran’s 2^nd at 52:30 to close the evening.

Justin Fazio made 24 saves on 28 shots and Jason Grande posted 25 saves on 26 attempts.
